    This is what I'm looking at... The other 2 walls is connected to the house. It'll be a rare occasion that theres more than 2-3 people in the room for a long period of time. HomeDepot has a LG 15K BTU for $399+tax. Thats about the most I want to spend.

    400sqft room, how big of an a/c unit?

    I have a 14.5x26' enclosed garage with no insulation and 12 single pane windows. During the summer, it gets as hot as outside, about 95 degrees. It's not a shop garage, but just a room with a pool table. Probably the only time I will have the a/c on is when I'm shooting pool, up to 5hrs...
