I'm a Canuck alright. The double-faced 10' x 20' billboard structure is steel framed and sits atop a single 24" round steel pole. The POA is mounted on the end of the steel catwalk 20' above grade and the meter base is mounted on the pole.
Thanx again guys. I just ordered my T&B HSB120-50-3 Heat Shrinkable Breakout Boot. It has an internal thermoplastic adhesive liner for complete environmental protection and insulation.

I will check out that 3-M link for sure. Teck cable is the best way to go in this instance because of all the twists and turns that have to be taken around various steel members on this structure.

I am setting up an overhead electrical service for an advertising billboard structure. I will be stripping back 30" of my teck cable that will be running from my point of attachment down to the hydro meter. I want to use this heat shrink boot to achieve a water tight seal to the end of my teck...
Those "quick-wire" receptacles are ****!!! Do yourself a favor while you have all of your receptacles pulled out of the boxes. Pigtail the wires using proper wire nuts and terminate them on the screw terminals. That way, if your connections ever do come loose, your circuit will not be interupted.
I am trying to source out a supplier for a heat shrink product to terminate a 6/3 teck cable. For the lack of a better description, it would resemble a cow's udder with the larger diameter slipping over the teck cable and the branches sliding over the individual conductors. I hope that I have...
