It's on the website from your link. Had to use the 360 view. Considering the other specs from the website, I'd say the 5.3 CFM @ 90 PSI makes the most sense. You could certainly ask the manufacturer but it's probably a crapshoot with who answers the phone.

The factory sticker on the Kobalt says: 5.3 CFM @90 PSI 6.1 CFM @40 PSI The manual and website both say 4.1 SCFM @90 PSI. Clearly, there's a discrepancy.
