Yes and no. I have a girlfriend who understands that I enjoy doing projects as long as i don't have 20 half finished. She knows I enjoy being out there mainly for modifying and sometimes fixing (can get old since I already work 12 hour days 6 days a week as a professional technician manager)...

Do you plan to put a car, or just toys in her? I'd advise against the idea of anything on the other wall if you were to put a car inside of it. If it is just a work space and toy areas, then a foldable workbenxh or work space sounds great! Check out some of the other threads for ideas and ask...
