Yeah. . The Carrier unit (link in my first post) is from ACOutlet. I'm sure I could find a slightly cheaper unit but but at what expense in the long run.

Yeah. . I'm thinking a Hot Dawg or Reznor for heat.. AC and humidity control is not worth the $4500 cost for the mini split.

I would use the mini split for heat and ac. . if I go that direction. Otherwise a Hot Dawg or Reznor heater just for heat.

It would be 3 head units 12,000 btu each across the back wall. R-19 in the walls and ceiling with be loose. .

I hade my 30'x40'x10' sized with a 2.5 Ton / 30,000 btu Carrier unit like the attached below but with 3 head units.. I have not pulled the trigger and really on the fence if a mini split is the direction to go in. Looking at around $4500 complete and not sure it will meet my expectations...
