Ya, I'm still debating overhead vs base plate, not sure what kind of difference it makes. So did they ship to a local freight company and you pick it up or something? I'm assuming it'd cost way too much to ship directly to a residential address.

I love the house/property! We looked at a few out in Graham, wound up over in Spanaway/Frederickson. Curious, where'd you get your lift? Locally? I'm going to need to source one in this area within a month or so hopefully.

I think it depends on the financials. I know personally it would take me a year or two to save up the $20-50k I got quoted when I was looking at building something. It was much easier to let someone else take that hit and finance it into the mortgage. I actually had a list of 11 that worked...

Ok, a couple of you guys were dead on about upping the range a little. I just spent a while searching about $50-75k more than I was originally and found probably 5 more properties with giant shops!

Those are great points, it looks like the key is to let them do the work and stop trying to do everything myself. I'll keep looking for a decent one for sure. And good point on the price range, I've been artificially limiting my range just to be extremely comfortable. My income has increased...

Hah! Exactly, they keep sending over normal cookie-cutter HOA-ridden 3 car properties. I'll probably just keep searching for a competent realtor. I need to find a realtor that builds cars on the side :3gears:
