My only concern with the track saw is I don't really have a mentor. While people taught me a lot of tricks and tips with a table saw. So while in theory the track saw should be better. With my specific knowledge the table saw will be much much more useful in the short term

What you're describing is the basic plan. I need to decide on a workbench vision. Then I will do a couple sets of drawers. If those turn out well i'll work on the garage cabinets/wall mounted surfaces. The excel sheet will just guide me in what tools i can swap with and what brands I want
