What would you recommend on a 10yr old floor. Its in decent shape maybe 7/10 has some oil stains but nothing too severe. It will be a working garage. Plan on applying a coating next spring or summer as its currently in the 30’s and 40’s so no way I could coat now. Wouldn’t mind getting now on...
