How did this workout? Working on getting one in Tampa and was thinking of Getting double split for my 880 sq ft garage.

Thanks for all the useful information. I'm getting ready to build mine also. But quick question. Did you have to get permits right away for water and electricity when you started your slab? I wanted to future proof and get the pipe in now, but will likely wait a year to get it all installed.
