Love the mannequin head idea but it does not save me any space. I too have the Snell problem in that the helmet is no longer usable for Racing however it is to good to throw away. Then I have some smaller kids Moto X type helmets for friends kids to use on the Quad. I was thinking hooks like...

Any ideas ? I have now about 5 helmets They are taking up too much shelf space I would like to store them up the right way and not hang them by the strap as they seem to make good nests when stored that way,

+1 on that That is how my barn has been for 10 years However in my Garage I used the blue RapidAir tubing kit that looks remarkably similar to the HF kit as my compressor is in the Attic space and I am happy with both setups

Stole the angled leg idea from this board, Cobra i think, 10 feet long 41 inches high 29 inches deep. 2 x 8's are overkill but were left over bracing from my home build. The tops are butchers block from IKEA 2x $28 a couple of coats of poly and screw the tops down ..Done deal..the green stain...

Probably Starter Could be Brake light switch Ignition switch Gear shift interlock Hopefully corroded or loose terminals on starter / solenoid well worth checking first good luck

When I built mine I could have had 8' OC trusses however the I went for 4' OC as the trusses were less expensive but I had to have more of them so that bit actually raised the cost. However they were light enough to be manhandled up there and we did not need to hire a crane to set them. overall...
