    With the basic footprint of the building established, We decided to pour an extra slab next to the building for parking/expansion and the preparation for the driveway was started.

    The next step was laying concrete blocks, rebar, filling the blocks with concrete, and pouring the slab. Before the slab was poured the rough runs for electrical were dug. Once the slab was poured, the concrete block foundation was finished.

    We decided to buy a metal building for our project and chose Steelmaster. The building was delivered on a flatbed, unloaded with a forklift. I have attached the basic plan, what it will look like and the elevation views our architect and engineers produced.
