I cant speak for the above products cause I personally have no experience with them. What I can tell you is that i was planning on going with the epoxy coat but i think i am going for the stained and clear option from Legacy instead. My way of thinking is I do a lot of side jobs and working on...

You wouldn't happen to need a new overhead garage door would you? If so you could get a new overhead door with a walk through door built in. If not as long as a walk through door is framed in right I don't think you would have any problems at all.
