Slowly finishing a new 600sf shop behind out house (I love we have no HOA) This will be a working shop and not a mancave. I do some fabrication (TIG, MIG, Plasma, Oxy) Heat damage has me concerned on going epoxy. I want a floor that is not alot of work...which has me leaning to a sealer but...
