i have a delta bench top press (28" tall) i want off my work bench. it would be nice to have a drawer to keep the bits directly underneath the press. i have a ton of scrap wood and was thinking about building a stand, but i cant seem to decide on a height for the thing. the bench its on now...

i recently bought an old Enco drill press sans key. the same inscription was stamped on my chuck. i found a replacement at McMaster-Carr part number 3169A15. it works like a charm. hope this helps..
