I am doing the same - pole building on top of a standard foundation - I have a slope and this is a great way to use pole barn style with a sloping yard. The finishes on the outside will be siding and brick and match the house. The inside will be all finished and done with awesome insulation...

The prices your getting are really amazing, I assume no inside finishing? I’m getting quotes for a 30 x 40 in the 70k range with finishing inside and out. Is it my area near DC?
