Hi Don, been a while since I last read your updates. I see that you're fully immersed in the tool collecting and refurbishing, and still finding time to make changes in the shop. Has there been any progress on any vehicles? The cabover, specifically? Buy/sell any rides? Keep living the dream!

Did you pour the floor thicker to be able to add the lift later? Any special work done to accommodate that?

I intend to add on to my existing single car garage someday. I was wondering about a few things as I'm a total newbie. Did you spend a lot of time planning things out before getting the plans drawn or did you just have a contractor come over and hash out the basics together? I don't even know...

Wow, almost 2 years since I've posted in this thread. How time flies. Also, not much has been going on in the garage. I sold the Cobra, and now own two Audis, an A6 Avant 3.0T and an A3 3.2. Otherwise, I finally installed the Chamberlain KLIK2U wireless keypad that I bought over two years ago...

It's one of the projects that was there way back at the start of this thread. Mark was always building it for himself, that's why I find it odd that he's selling it already, so soon after finishing it. Can't wait to see what's next, after the C2!

I like the fact that the rims aren't "too big" for the car. The truck is awesome, can't wait to see it on the newsstand. Will it be on the cover? I'm surprised to see that they just shot the truck right there in the shop. I wonder if they're gonna Photoshop out the background stuff, or if...

How about that burnt orange metallic colour they had on corvettes a few years ago?
