Mechanics time savers lock a socket trays! Best orginazation tool known to man. Have had the hf rails cm rails hansen socket trays and all the knock offs. Lock a socket trays are the cats meow. Theyre not cheap but worth every penny. For an auto mechanic you can put all of your relevant sockets...

    3/8 impact...MG325, 2115TiMAX, or rebuild my old IM31?

Personally I despise snap on for air tools. Un ergonomic too large too expensive...nothin you haven't heard before. But when it comes to the mg325? I own and absolutely love an ir 2115. But I have to grudgingly admit the snap on is every bit as good. Possibly better. That there is an awesome gun

Astro Pneumatic ONYX Model 1822 1/2 Drive Nano Impact Review & GIVEAWAY

That looks like a real handy gun for sure. Would love that for doing harmonic balancers and motor mounts on trucks. Quite a bit asmaller than the cornwell/professional tool or cp designs.

    The 3/8 inch drive

I'm mainly a diesel mechanic, probably 90%, but were a family owned independent shop and our shop manager will bring in anything with an engine. He knows motors from lawn mowers to heavy haulers and all in between no matter what fuel type. That being said, I use 3/8 probably 40-50%. 1/4 maybe...

    air hammer bit

Cornwell sells a set with all 3 of those. Dont remember the price but my guy told me they were lifetime warranty. Imo that's worth a few extra $$

    Using just a service cart?

I got my cornwell 7 drawer cart for 900. Solid cart decent locks. I would definitely recommend it to anyone lookin for a cart. Where I work we have 3 separate shops so my cart is on a fork lift at least once a week. The cornwell name has been steadily chipping away but its just a logo. The cart...

    Gearwrench non-ratcheting wrench defects

Have had excellent experiences with gearwrench. I'm a dieselGheavy equipment tech mostly so these wrenches get absolutely abused. One time I was uing a 9/16 ratcheting stubby to remove ancint, rusted, lock tighted bellhousing bolts on a backhoe cuz it was all I could get access with. Another...

    Changed my valve cover gasket...

I turn a wrench for a living and the kobalt are pretty tough. But I swear that some of the toughest ratchets out there are the regular looking hf ones. I have all tool truck ratchets i use normally but I also have 3 (1/2, 3/8 1/4) harbor freight ones iv had for several years that just will not...

Lisle spill free funnel GM 3.4

There's a bleeder for the system. Look on the passenger side of the engine at the front on top of a metal tube. Take that completely out when the engine is cold. Fill the coolant till it comes out of the screw. Replace the screw then bleed it.

    Sunex vs Grey Pneumatic

Would defintely go the sunex route. Quality wise they are both outstanding. However, sunex as a company is much more willing to go the extra mile. Gp will not warranty your brokens if it isn't purchased thru an authorized retailer.
