No, its bare clean concrete 3 years old. I only want to prep/ruff it up to prepare for epoxy.

My Home Depot have a diamondbrush concrete prep tool and a diamonbrush coating removal tool, which one should I use? Can i wet the floor when working the floor not to create dust?
