Another vote for metal on the ceiling. I went with the cheapest option from Menards. R19 insulation laid on top. Not great pics, but I didn’t take too many of the ceiling.

I have used the Keystone bulbs mentioned above with good results. I've used single pin, bi-pin, and HO style bulbs to keep the original fixtures and just wire them for ballast-bypass bulbs. Saves a lot of time. We buy them at a local electrical supply house. Chris

I installed a CSV about 6 years ago and haven't had any issues. Definitely like the constant water pressure. Mine is set about 50 psi. I did install a 20 gallon pressure tank because I didn't like it kicking the pump on every time the toilet was flushed. Chris
