mmm i find sketchup a super easy and quick 2and3D drawing program, did my house and garage in 3D with it and now designing the terras. Try and begin with simple shapes. once you get the hang its a simple use of a couple of tools in the program

i took 2 green mdf boards and arranged my tools with screws like i want without the ugly unused empty hook-holes, cheap and clean

i have the rainbird system with rain sensor and computer for timing, very easy to setup and you can even let them do the maths base on your plan http://rainbird.com/homeowner/index.htm

i'm looking for wall posters/decals, any decoration for my garage to make it a racy looking place. I have been searching this forum for "decals", "posters", "stickers", but cant find a good thread for ideas. Also visited the regular sites when you google it, but cant find what i need. some...

sketchup uses default skp as extension. i designed our house, garage, closets, technical stuff for my car lift, dressing room, light positioning, ... just love it and its really not difficult. Also ideal to convince the missus before building something

yes i still need to finish the walls, its only been build just yet. Been lurking this forum forever and there are so many good ideas :-) I was also thinking about a middle reinforcement, but with the top on, its quite strong.
