I am sorry, but what is this "run out" you are talking about, I am not familiar with the term. I have 3 of the recalled units that shipped out 11/09 and would like to know the trouble you have experienced with the replacements. Thanks

FedEx will provide the label with address, make sure you get a copy of the call tag, this is your only record of the shipment. Also, I would suggest to all that you call a week before your scheduled pick-up date to confirm. I originally called 3 weeks ago, gave the drill information and...
