I have 1500 sq ft of Racedeck in my 3.5 car garage for about a year now. I have Freeflow in each bay and standard Racedeck in the shop area. I have had absolutely zero problems. I bought two 1 ft by 2 ft pieces of black diamond plate from Lowes and cut them into a total of four 1 ft by 1 ft...
I just installed 1150 sq ft of Racedeck and I made every cut with a dewalt circular saw and an Irwin vinyl siding blade. I used a jig saw for the circular cuts around the hot water tank and drain for the shop sink. Very easy to cut and I see absolutely no need to purchase any type of expensive...

I have two floor drains in my floor using standard PVC piping to a storm sewer. Will the acid hurt the plastic? My gut says yes, but I know I'm not the only one to etch with acid and deal with plastic drains.
Thanks,
