Plus being in the oilfield area right now your prices are going to be driven up quite a bit since its booming up there right now. Its amazing how much prices go up when an oilfield gets going. Plus the spray in insulation is not helping your cost either but well worth having.

I just found a 36x48' red iron building that hasn't been erected that the guy wants $7000 for. This sounds like a pretty good deal to me but figured I would get the opinions of everyone else. Only thing its missing is anchor bolts which are easy.
