I’m sorry I didn’t mean to sound offensive. It is very possible you did mention it, and I missed it. Apologies if it was misleading.

Am I missing something? Can’t you just flip them over to make the “ratchet” work the other way? It even looks like the“box” end comes straight out parallel with the handle.
