Hole saw and battery life
If you must use a hole saw with that drill , drill a few small holes tangentially to give the chips someplace to go.

Using 18V Battery in 14.4V Snap-On Tools
Can't imagine the brushes being too happy with that , but something else may die first. Over -volting permanent magnet motors will slowly degrade them , but it's just a matter of if you kill something else first. HTH Jorge

Digging your own well to run your sprinklers?
I'm thinking of sinking a pump to use a/c condensate . I've seen about a gallon an hour, so it'll do some good and the price is right.

Can I Heat Form A Pelican Case?
You could heat it up and form it , but the liner would be a mite unhappy. Grab a bowling ball and use it as a former for the bubble.

How to drill large holes in steel?
Drill a 1/4" hole on a tangent with the saw's groove to give the chips a place to go; 4 of them at 90 degrees would be better for the large ones .

Auto-techs... when to replace front rotors?
Most rotors have a minimum thickness number in the casting somewhere, a micrometer is your friend :-)
