I love my long pattern metric combo wrenches. Full set no skips. As a matter of fact, next time I drive north to Menard’s I am going to get the SAE set. I also grabbed both the SAE AND METRIC ratchet wrench sets when NAPA had them BOGO last Christmas season.
If you buy ratchet wrenches I...
Hi all
I have a first generation 1/4” hex Milwaukee 18v impact driver.
Is it worth converting to 3/8 drive. I just don’t want to sell it off for next to nothing. I got a new brushless kit with the 4.0 and 5.0 batteries. So I don’t need another 1/4 hex driver. But they are not worth a lot used...
I LOVE my Carlyle R38S. But I also love the Carlyle “Roto” Head ratchet. My pops was in desperate need for new ratchets. He got a killer deal on the 3pc set. Not US, but certainly not junk either.
Thanks for posting! Craftsman isn’t dead, just going through a rebirth. Looking forward to the next 36 months. Already been thinking about switching to team dewalt
I can’t see the paint code picture but I bought it at a Sherwin Williams store. They scanned the bottom of the drawers to match it. They couldn’t replicate the wrinkle finish well. I sprayed the green using a cheap HPLV gun.
That was me. I laid down VHT wrinkle finish per the directions. Baked it in an oven. I brought home a junk oven for this because I had to cut the inner walls out. Then topcoated w the S/W paint. Matched GREAT
Here is my green one. I got the paint color matched off the bottom of one drawer. I have a little later model that is indeed red. I stripped the box and painted w wrinkle coat, then top coated it green. Left the drawers alone
I don't have much to add. I have one single Kobalt/Williams tool. It's a 3/8 breaker bar. Not a daily necessity but at the time that I bought it, it saved the day. I wish I would I would have known then what I know now. Now all offshore... I pride myself in my DIYer all, and I mean ALL made in...
I would try to use something like this.
About me - degreed engineer, chemistry minor, math minor. Degrees don't mean **** to me so don't think I am bragging.. I sell parts for a living... and love it now. We have all had that rough boss experience. Mine made me change career paths that I miss...
There was a post not long ago with a link to the 4-1/2 grinder. It had a link to a video teardown. I am starting to wonder if HF contracted with the same Chinese manufacturer as Dewalt, Milwaukee, etc. The grinder is an EXACT copy of dewalt. All the way down to the switch is JUST replaced...
I don't even know you. But I know you are a lucky SOB. I busted my tail to make a little brother to those boxes look that great. You ****. I tried my best to save the 1965 calander that was stuck under the lid. Made a couple of my own drawer clips. Mine came with a combo lock. Locksmith figured...
