I have a similar Rotary lift model 62540, too expensive to repair, and I’m trying to remove it. My mini backhoe can’t lift both cylinders at once. Anyone know how to get the inside cylinder out?

Does anyone know how to get the inter cylinder out of the outer cylinder? Rotary Single Post In-ground Lift from 1962. Model 62540 JK189B To costly to repair, trying to remove but my little Kubota backhoe can’t lift both cylinders at once.
