We give them out as stocking stuffers for Christmas, always getting them for free. Most of our clan know the basics of tab adjustments, and "cutting a inch". I would have dug it back out of the trash after every ones comments.

With its age, I would also be concerned about the tank. Who knows when and how often it was drained. I would pass. To many makes and models available today to chance one that might be ok, or a total waste.
