This project has given so many people jobs and missions this winter! Nana bakes cookies each day. Popper delivers cookies and helps with project. Steve turns down paid work to come here daily to do fun work...and eat Nana's cookies. The Fan club has to go out frequently to build guns for the...
Really enjoying this build! We are meeting new friends and learning new things about old friends...like how skilled they are with a milling machine!! We will keep the pictures and fun stories coming. My job thus far is providing encouragement and sustenance. ;-) maybe I will get to do more if...
Life is good! Every few weeks, FBF manages to get more of my junk OUT of his shop and more new tools INTO his shop! That is a good thing. Everyday he manages to find a reason to use the milling machine. Cannot wait to see what fun ensues when the new airplane build starts. Never a dull moment...
We have moved to the farm, and are steadily working our way through the boxes and getting settled. The hanger is currently getting some pallet racks installed...so thankful for that extra temp storage option. Photo will take a while, since we are still operating off iPad and iPhone until...

He also took a quick break to witness the kids ******** riding on the donkeys...and one break to take me out to eat for my birthday. That was quite a schedule sandwiched in between 5 hour drives between KY and OH! He is my hero. :-)
Wingnut, there were probably only 6 pics, because he was filthy dirty and working non-stop for 6 entire days!! I was a sewer/septic widow for the week, but it was worth it for the cost-savings and the chance to have him work hard and get his hands dirty. I was very proud of his accomplishments...
Ok...I had better get the car packed now and get up there to the farm...and stop posting in FBF's name. But I do believe he would have a similar response to being mistaken for USAF. :-) Or an older vet. Now he does have some gray hairs...but those were mainly brought on by his growing Fan...
Gentlemen, this was a serious labor of love!! He was out there well before the crack of dawn, and then well into the night after boys were in bed. I never had any doubts, but I sure am glad that it is (almost) over! I know his heart will not be into the home renovations until this shop is...
