Car wash station is installed. The Kranzle pressure washer & MTM foam cannon combo is awesome. Foam's up like shaving cream! Just waiting on my DI tank for spotless rinsing.

Thanks bud, love your M3! I had an e46 330 cabrio before which I bought new in 2001. Ended up modding the heck out of it, put an ESS twinscrew supercharger in it, gutted it an two toned the entire interior.

    Occasional use...NG versus Electric question

    I went with a Fujitsu. It was a total of $2900 installed after a $300 rebate https://www.ecomfort.com/Fujitsu-15RLS3Y/p65509.html

It worked out great! 30 degrees outside, 70 degrees in the garage hitting golf balls!

I agree. However, the 80K furnace and the 180K tankless already exceed the meter. Went with a min-split instead

Here's my progress, fabricated a kitty corner wall mount for the mini split, hope to have that installed next week

Thanks for the info, that was a great price! I know, as much as I desire heat, I recall dying in that garage in the middle of summer. I think I can live with reasonable heat and good AC versus awesome heat and no AC. Once I get swinging the club it will likely get warm in there anyway

    Occasional use...NG versus Electric question

I finally got a reasonable price of $1400 to install it. But, the discussion of a mini split came up so I think I am going to go this route instead. For $3K installed, I think this may be the better approach. https://www.ecomfort.com/Fujitsu-15RLS3YH/p79844.html

    Occasional use...NG versus Electric question

I've never done anything with gas plumbing. I am very handy, can handle electrical, framing, working on cars etc. This is out of my comfort zone. I may just pay for the install but now I am starting to wonder if I am already undersized at the meter. Just don't want to turn a simple project into...
