Received mine the other day. What a beast. One question for those of you who have this tool, does your mechanism seem to have play in it? If I shake the gun, there seems to be play in the mechanism. This may be normal, I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.

I rolled mine (12" roller). 1000 square feet with 14' ceiling. Buy high quality paint (I used Sherwin Williams) and a high quality applicators and extension. I did 1 coat of primer and 1 coat of paint. Worked out well. Took me 2 days!

I have used my box scraper on my bx2370 for such tasks. Worked fine. Good luck.

I poured footings for my 12x16 and used 2x6 joists. Worked out well and have had no problems for the past 6 years.

I am in the same area as OP. We do require an actual footing and 3' foundation. Three pours when I did mine. Footing, foundation, slab (6"/3500). Power trowel and control joints. 24x28 cost approximately 12k. My concrete contractor did all of the excavation and ripped up an old driveway also.
