Life's a journey. I've been a goldsmith/silversmith. A shoe designer for some time. Currently I own and run a one man design agency: Blackcap Studio. Clients run from the very large to the very small and everything in between. I am trained as an industrial designer. My methodology is very hands on. Everything starts with an idea, a pencil sketch and then a mock up. Not necessarily in that order... I've also started a small custom bicycle frame shop, 44 Bikes. This is the a project I'm most excited about. It allows me to funnel all of my skill, expertise and know how into a singular goal of building the best bicycle frame suited for a riders environment. It is extremely rewarding to have full control of the product and graphic representation of a brand that I can call all my own.
