Good choice Icky. Weber is a good unit and the flavor will be good. A "chimney starter" a piece of newspaper and a teaspoon of veg oil to light those coals.
Yep- Miles has it. The Big Green Egg is The grill. I can't imagine recommending propane to cook meat over. And, use the lump hardwood charcoal (without lighter fluid). If you use the compressed briquets with fluid you may as well use railroad ties and diesel to in it.
