Thanks for the replies and help guys. If I ended up using the 110, would it be best to cut the damaged areas out and fill them in or attempt to fill them in as they are now?

I'm curious to see what gets recommended to you, as my garage floor is similar vintage. Its in good condition but has large areas of spalling and pitting from being old. I've seen some threads on cutting out the bad areas and applying filler before doing your coating but I'm not sure it works so...
