Is it possible that it has just gotten sluggish due to thickening oil in the low temperatures? Maybe a thinner oil for the time being would solve it? Seems odd that it worked fine up until the temperature change, and the pump still turns fine by hand, so the only real change is in the temps.

I also did a little to make the old shed make it through the winter. The roof was leaking bad, so we put a tarp on it and shored up the roof framing because it had gotten really bad in the last few months.

I did find some additional pictures of when we were framing that I didn't know i had. Basically just figuring out our "trusses" and getting them built. Basically, just made a template on our table and then just made all of them up.
