    Well, framing was going to start today, but the builder decided to move it to tomorrow due to the heat. Some of the lumber was delivered on Saturday, the trusses come on Thursday.

    Beautiful garage, great cars a very hot lady and a very successful business man growing the economy in spite of the current administration. I salute you sir. :bowdown::thumbup: That said, I have to ask where are the Esso and Exxon signs? And where is the ZR1?:confused:

    When I first decided to do this project, one of the first things I wanted was a drain in the garage so I could wash the cars in the Winter. But the contractor gave me the price and I said forget it. The building code here requires an oil/water seperator for a drain in the garage. Don't ask me...

I assume this moderate temperature variation has an effect on the concrete specs, but I am no expert so...
