This thread is really old, but the problem remains! I thought the RFI producing ballasts would be out of stock by now, but, they are still in production. I just bought 10 Lithonia SB2 32 120 GESB fixtures, as the box clearly says these filter EMI and RFI. Oh was I surprised when I installed...
