That look like the jack I just picked up a few days ago- creeping around looking for info on it ?

Hi All, been doing some serching for info on an old floor jack, i just picked up. Theres no info, that I can find, on it anywhere, i was wanting to do a PM on it. Can anyone help with ID-ing this jack.
