Good for you - not a stretch at all. Make sure your subs have insurance and get a copy of their work warranties. And make sure you have the property insurance you need as the building goes up. You'll want recourse/protection from shoddy work or damage.

I have the same issue in a different post - It's air exchange. How many cubic feet of air in your garage and how many times/hour do you want the air exchanged? I have 4500 CF of space and want the air exchanged once an hour - some calculator told me I need to move 75 CFM to accomplish that...
