    Kobalt/Campbell Hausfeld 30 Gallon Two-Stage

I picked one of these up on Saturday, and finally had a chance today to do the break in and run it a bit. This is replacing my 15 year old Craftsman 30 gal. oil less noise maker. First thing is super quiet compared to the old Craftsman. I was able to have a phone conversation with this thing...

    Kobalt/Campbell Hausfeld 30 Gallon Two-Stage

I was just looking at this one too. Is there that much advantage to a two stage in this size/hp? It costs almost as much as their 60 gallon unit, that is also two stage. I don't have 240V, but if I did, I'd obviously go for the bigger one. @mn-cj any updates would be great.

    Canned Spray Foam Temperature Range

Used it in mid 40's a couple of weeks ago in my shed, worked fine. As others have said make sure the can is warm.

    Project 66 Rustang

The brazing is factory. You'll notice it also on the trunk corner pieces where they meet the quarter and tail light panel, also on the cowl near the windshield posts. They also used lead where the top of the quarter meets the sail panel from the roof.

Great work so far! I'm running into the same issue with the wheel house to quarter fit on my 66. I've also found the passenger quarter panel is about 1/4" too long, so I'll have to deal with that too.

What a night... (A bad one)

That truly *****! Last year when we went on vacation my wife thought I was being paranoid for turning off the water in our house, this is the exact reason.

    Show us your welding projects

I think what that-guy is talking about is AR500 steel. It won't dimple like regular mild steel, so there's less chance of ricochet. I've hit some of mine with a .308 at around 100 yards and it barely leaves a mark.

So how many of us here are Auto technicians and where do you work?

Worked at Firestone in 2010, we were flat rate at the time. Before that I worked at a local STS. Only wrenching for me now is on my own stuff, and that's the way I like it.

    Weather Resistant Wood

IPE, not as common as Cedar, but probably easier to find, and cheaper than Teak.
