Concrete slab, 8' wide raised foundation, 2x4 walls w/24" spacing bolted to foundation, engineered roof trusses 24" spacing, OSB sheathing, house wrap, vinyl siding, #30 felt under fiberglass shingles, 14' x 7' overhead door & 36" man door on short side, four 20" wide 40" high windows. 50" ceiling fan, ridge & gable vented. Uninsulated as of 1/15. 100 amp service.
