Can Cat5e/Cat6 run in Conduit with Electrical Wires ?

I've seen (and used) Cat5e, rated for 600v. Used in Smart MCC's, with lots of VFD's. (lots of noise, more than just a current carrying conductor) They are quite reliable, in my experience. I'm not so sure about needing to be bigger than 18Awg, since these are 22Awg. See here...

Which Big Maxx -50k or 80k?

This. So much this. Run it at 80K, and see if it works for you. (probably will) if it does short cycle, pinch a burner off. (4 burners instead of 5) If you go with the 50K, you can't add a burner, and it ight take alot longer than you want to heat up your space.

    Big Maxx furnace wiring questions

Single outlet, on a dedicated circuit, that is not readily accessible, No? I just hashed this (Mine) out with the inspector no less than 6 months ago.

Like this. Commonly done, and passes inspection.

    Big Maxx furnace wiring questions

Nope. That's why i said to put a single outlet, not a duplex. If it's dedicated use, no GFCI required. Single outlet, that is not readily accessible...you've got it doubly covered. The fact that you can easily unplug the unit to service it, covers you on the disconnect part.

Big Maxx LP conversion kit not in the box?

The manual is available on the Mr. Heater site, so you can start you rough in. If they don't take care of you, I'll drop my (unused) kit in the mail to you, if you like. (I'm on NG)

Big Maxx LP conversion kit not in the box?

Mine was a baggy, inside of the bag that had the instruction manual. (same 80K unit) It also had a second BIG Maxx sticker, presumably if you had to flip the unit over, you could make it so the label wasn't upside down.

    Big Maxx furnace wiring questions

One 15a circuit, to a dedicated (single) outlet, mounted high next to the furnace. Mount a 3 prong plug to the heater, that is a good quality cord. That is your disconnect, just like a ac unit. :)

Plumbing - Frost Proof Hose Bibbs?

I'm confused. Either type will freeze solid, and split a line if you leave a full hose on them, and it freezes, No? The frost type, with no hose, back that water 8,10, or 12" from the rim, where its a little warmer. My house, 3 rental properties, so a total of 12 or so of them, never had a...

My Gorgeous Floor is Turning White

CLR is pretty strong already. It is acidic, so reacts with the alkali materials that are probably on your floor. That said, it a set ratio...once 1 ounce of material liquid reacts with the equivalent solids, it becomes neutral, and is done working. if there is more residue, and second dose...

Would this load center location pass code?

This is my thought too....If they good with it, that's all that matters. As i sat here thinking about it, a lighting panel in Motor Control Center would be 'set back' more than 4", which is about what your looking at with a stud wall above a block stub wall. Obviously, that's a industrial...
