I have a RN CH110 battery charger that I have just bought used. The diodes are fried on the starter circuit and have bought replacements for that. I was needing a schematic for the rest of the machine. A lot of the special features of the charger like the polarity indicator lamps and the voltage...
Mysterious leak has been found! I decided that it had to be where the pressure switch, gauge and pop off is connected. So I got a big gallon sized ziplock bag and covered the whole thing and taped it tight, it started to inflate! Of course I had to remove all the wires that go to the switch to do...
Back from checking everything for the third time. I couldn't detect anything. I removed the pump to tank line to check the tank valve: nothing. I am going to remove all threaded fitings and tape them with blue teflon tape and goop them with Gasoila sealer. I have really tried to keep the tank...
I was thinking the same thing about the valve plate, I was looking at mine and the aluminum plate was worn where the valves seat. I suspected if the valves are to the point of replacement, the seats would be worn to the point that they wouldn’t seal well.
Thanks for the ideas, The tank it isolated at this time. New valve there with a pipe plug in it to make double sure there is no leak. I will try the new formula on the soap and see what happens. I’m going to check the drain really well too. Going out and diagnose some more"
I have a Quincy QT-5 compressor. I bought the compressor new in 2000 and has been a good compressor. When I purchased the compressor I was told this is the last compressor you will ever need, I was 26 at the time, so far the old guy is right! It has been moved a few times, fell ten feet in a...
After doing some cleaning I found blue paint under mine. Someone believes all Jacks should be red! Maybe you should go look and see if your is still in the shop... HaHa

Farmall,
Would you mind to jot down a few deminsions of you brackets? I'm going to make some factory type brackets and I'm sure they will work on more than Desoto's and Studebaker's. I have an idea to make brackets for more modern transmissions that I pull. For instance I have a pattern...
I looked up the patent number on the tag, found the out the patent was applied for in 1951 and granted in 1955. With that information it has to be 1955 or newer, otherwise it would say patent pending. Also found the odd looking bracket is for a cast iron case Powerglide. I probably won't need...
Hi,
I have been lurking around for a while and thought when I have something worth posting I'll do it, so here I go.. I have found a Walker transmission Jack, It's all mechanical and weighs a ton! I have some pictures and a few dimensions. From my research I believe it to be a walker 44. It is...
