Rinker1, I have the 60,000 btu unit and my garage is 24x 36 with 10 ft ceiling and 3 9x7 doors. I am located in northern Vermont about 6 miles from the Canadian border.

I have had the Modine Hot Dawg for about five years in my garage and love it. I only heat it when I am going to be working out there. It only takes about 20 min. to bring it up to 55 degrees.

You might try Overhead Door co, or any garage door company in your area. If there is a name or model on your door it would help them identify the type seal you will need.

My dream would be to get the two project cars I have finished so I can enjoy them, I now have a 64 1/2 mustang coupe, and a 69 Dodge Dart tha I intend to clone into a ******* 340.

I would be very carefull if you do decide to remove that concrete wall. It may very well be a load bearing wall being toward the center of the building like that.

another suggestion would be to get wheel dollies to put the cars on to park them. You would not need as much room to move them around as you would if you are depending on the steering to get where you want them.
