Destroyed Snap On Dead Blow Hammers - Warranty or am I S.O.L.?

Thats no longer true, trusty cook did make them for snap on a long time ago, but snap-on has been making their own since this style came out. Also, IME the snap on's are superior to trusty cook.

Snap On Torque Wrench Repair Parts

the "03150FR" is actually Q3150FR which is the part number for the torque wrench. I believe the head on that would use a rebuild kit for an L-710 ratchet

Double box end wrench with one side flex and the other fixed

Matco, gearwrench, and mac all offer them. Craftsman offers a set, but the fixed end is 6 point and their set skips 15, 16, and 18mm. I have the matcos and the gearwrench in larger sizes, the matcos are noticeably of higher quality but are like triple the price. The macs just came out so I...

    E torx sockets set.

Its common knowledge the ecotec 1.4L and 1.8L engines are opel engines, even in europe those engines are considered garbage. That said, I don't think the 1.4 is as bad as it gets credit for, it has its quirks, but I'm close to pushing 300k on my beater cruze with only a turbo replacement at 230k...

    Rebuilding Milwaukee M18 Fuel 1/2" Impact Wrench - 2767-20

You may be out of luck. When the bearings are set in plastic and go bad they can spin in the bore or just heat up and effectively weld themselves into the plastic housing. Makita grinders are notorious for this.

Tool Brands you cannot stand . . .

That's a fair point, my stepdad was a contractor but for some reason I have always leaned more towards mechanical trades so that's what I think of when I think craftsman (those horrible raised panel wrenches, and the abominations they called ratchets). I forget about the carpentry/building...

Tool Brands you cannot stand . . .

Craftsman, they have never been great other than in the nostalgia fogged minds of baby boomers. The only thing craftsman brought to the table were wide distribution and depth of product line, the actual tools were mediocre at best. When they had something truly great they either discontinued it...

What would everyone choose for a pry bar set if you were to buy new?

Mac...Yes they are rebranded mayhew, however, they have better handles imo and ease of warranty plus they regularly go on special in the flyer for not a whole lot more than mayhew brand.

Fisco Big-T imperial measurement - where to buy?

Thanks guys, I knew about the big Johnson’s but couldn’t find those either. Unfortunately, I despise dual scale tapes. Any recommendations for a runner up to the Big T, that actually comes in imperial? I have been eyeballing Tajimas, but they’re spendy, and not sure they’re worth it.

Fisco Big-T imperial measurement - where to buy?

Gentlemen, I am in the market for a few new tape measures and would like to try out the Fisco Big-T. Unfortunately all I can find are either metric, or metric/imperial. I want one that is only imperial. I know they have made them in the past and even rebranded them in the past, but I can't...
