As far as taxes go, we ALL should pay in. The poor don't and the mega rich don't. The middle class gets screwed. We should all have to pay a sales tax of 12-15% (or whatever) and no other taxes. If you made X, you pay Y. No loopholes. Just the money from this would be plenty.

Unions aren't the problem. I was a millwright for years in Texas. Try being laxy and in a union in Texas and you will soon find yourself in an unemployment line. Texas is a right-to-work state and is very non-union. I don't know how unions work in other states but there wasn't any loafing...
