We sell them here where I work you need to get one that matches your frequency of your receiver either 315 mz or 390mz I believe this the two ones that they use

When I built mine it was originally to be 24x30, I laid it out on the ground and found it way to small. So I went with a 30x40 and wish to this day I had gone 40 x 60. You can not imagine the space tools and all the other things take up.

I have a 21 hp Kubota Diesel that I have had a year or two. I cut 2.5 aces very week and about an acre for my neighbor. 1.5 to 2 hr and I done.
I would stay away from all homeowner version and spend my money on a commercial model. Also get as much hp for the biggest cut you can, nothing beats hp.
Can you post a picture of what you have? You can get blank covers that will cover the hole and the usually have about a 3/4" knoch out in it. Lowe's or Home Depot should have them.
All my nailers are from Paslode,I've had good luck with them so far. I bought them both off ebay.Do a search for Paslode and you should find what you need. Mine was a 16 guage version.
If I am remember right from my days doing controls work,you not suppose to have power and phone or cable line buried together. I believe if the are in separate conduits your ok.
