    New Benefit The garage is alway cool like 60.... The last two days where well over 75, like 80 and today 85 with very high humidity. The garage is nice and cool at 60-65 when I get home at 5pm... :rocker:

    Luke's right.... I had to go to so many permit meetings I am now ON the zone/city committee. We only meet when someone wants to do something that break a city ordinance. So not often in Crestline..... stigedis = I can make electicity, I can't make NG and use it....LOL Size is a major bonus...

    Radiant barrier under the roof and anywhere sun light hits the building would help alot as well. If it was me, I would radiant barrier the inside of the roof. Double bubble between the rafters. Slap up a ceiling 2Ft on center. 10 2x4's @ $3. Drywall. 5 sheets @ $7. Cellulose at R19 for 8x10...

    :thumbup: what highbeam said!!! and why pay more? $27.00 / 32sqft = $0.84 a sqft... so you would be paying 16% more to trust a contractor....... (if all is well, and doesn't destroy the concrete floor) If you have building codes/ inspections ask them (most say no)

    how much insulation everywhere else? have you done a heat loss calculation? I am thinking that linked heater will be on the too big side.....it will depend on what your heat losses are....
