I have a drain in my cave its great to have . When my buddy built his garage he had the concrete guy put a skim kote (1/8) over the drain after inspection they opened it up!

I used 1/2 copper easy to install been 6 yrs. No problems just check all of your joints for leaks before you drywall.

Hey Spud Thanks For The Nice Comments. Those Doors Are Not Glass They Are Screen Doors By PGT Mounted On The Outer Side Of The Main Door So The Door Can Move Up & Down. And The Floor Is ARMSTRONG COMERCIAL Tile Glue Down It Holds Up Well. P.S.The Only Draw Back Is After You Open The Garage Door...
