After rebuilding many ingersoll guns the only difference is a piece of felt over the top of the turbine housing and a plastic foam pellet in the exhaust

Haven't seen a ingersoll rand appreciation thread on here so thought I would start one. Here are mine.

I design pipe lines up to 120inch and up to 1500 barg. It's not the method most of the time it's the quality of the metal, also big oil companies like the paper trail of where it came from how it was manufactured etc was it and how is approved by third party's and quality system to current world...

that socket set looks good i have a similar set that i use alot and it make for good adopters for use on the press i have the following bits for sale i hope this doenst vialate t and cs First up Ingersoll rand 1/2 air powered impact gun i ve just rebuild this and honed the bore and new vains...

There the same tool and battery just in uk and Europe they have to be honest about battery size and rating. I recently bought a drill and driver dewalt deal which is 10.8v then bought a 2 amphr battery which is 12v if you put a meter a cross the battery is actually 10.8v :lol_hitti

The number that turn up on eBay damaged is alarming and often more expensive than in store. I bought a set of these go through sockets from clas ohlson there not listed on there site but one near me still had a few in stock. For 30 quid I thought they were a bargain and brilliant for strut...

I get what you mean. Well collect my rolls cabs yesterday. Manager wasn't very helpful and would help me load them into my car. On getting Home. I find middle can very badly bent :-(. But returned this morning and got a replacement.
